Born in 1968, this Chinese-born painter was for many years a student of Zao Wou-Ki, a Franco-Chinese painter now recognized worldwide for his aesthetic research on light and color.
One feels the obvious correlation between the works of the master and the student in their common reflection on the balance between shadow and clarity, developed in landscapes of nature close to the abstract figuration and sometimes surrealism.
