Originally from Israel and settled in Europe after his first participation in a group exhibition of sculptures in Tel Aviv in 1988, Levy currently works in his studio in Paris.
As an artist, technician, photographer, designer and video artist, Levy’s skills are multidisciplinary and his work can be seen in prestigious galleries and museums around the world. Best known to the public for his sculptures – such as his iconic Rock pieces, installations, limited editions and design, Levy nevertheless believes that “the world is made of people, not objects.”
The creation of his company meant a return to his first love, art and industrial design, as well as to other branches of his talents. Respected for his furniture and lighting designs on every continent, Levy also creates high-tech clothing and accessories for companies in the Far East.
Considering himself more of a “feeling” artist, Arik Levy continues to make substantial contributions to our indoor and outdoor environments, his work including public sculptures, as well as complete environments that can be adapted for multiple use.
